New Ticketing System (eZmax)
New Ticketing System
We now have a new ticket management system that offers a smoother experience, along with a modernized client portal that improves visibility on all requests and makes it easier to access enhancement requests and known issues. In addition, several optimizations have been implemented by the eZmax team to handle your requests more efficiently.
WARNING
eZmax clients who are not using the new application (version 4+) will no longer be able to create tickets or communicate with support. Please update the application to use version 4+.
What’s New
In the new ticketing system, you will now be able to access the Enhancement Requests and Known Issues categories, allowing our support team to better organize requests and more efficiently identify issues that have already been reported. You will also be able to track the status of your tickets in real time and receive automated emails regarding their progress. Furthermore, once your request is resolved , you will now have the ability to close your ticket directly from the client portal.
NOTE: As before, phone support is not offered. Additionally, it will no longer be possible to contact our support team by email (support@ezmax.ca). All requests must be submitted through the ticketing system to ensure efficient prioritization. A dedicated eZmax team handles all inquiries, and if needed, a specialist will contact you to provide assistance.
