Main Menu Icons

Here are the icons you find in the Main menu and their function:

• House Icon

(Home): Click on this icon to display the eZmax messages. For more information, please see the article eZmax Messages.

• Binoculars Icon

(Search) : Click on this icon to search for a folder by name or status. * Name: Folder name, document name and/or signatory name. * Status: Unsent, sent, partially signed, completed, expired or archived.

When searching by name, add an * (asterisk) in front of and at the end of the name to find all the folders in which that name appears.

(eZsign - List of Personal Folders): Click on this icon to display the list of eZsign personal folders.
