Difference between a Personal Folder and a Shared Folder

When you are part of a user group, you can create 2 types of folders: personal folders and shared folders.

• Personal Folders: Only the creator of the folder will be able to access them.

• Shared Folders : All members of the user group who have access to these types of shared folders will be able to access them.
