Agent Reports

Agent Commission Report

Displays the commissions paid to the agent.
Note: Commissions will show up only if a commission calculation was processed.
The report will display the commissions per transaction and will separate the office deductions, which do not show up on the T4A of the agent, from the total commission amounts.

Agent Commission Comparison Year Over Year Report

Previously named: Monthly Commission Statistics
This report gives an overview of how an agent is performing compared to the previous year. The comparison includes commissions on deals, closed deals and other income.

Agent Commission Performance Report

Previously named: Performance Report

Displays agent's commissions on pending and closed deals for the selected period.

• The deal (column) commission amount will display transactions with an expected closing date in the selected period.

• The closed deals (column) commission amount will display a transaction with a commission calculation in a selected period.

The report will also compare the selected period to year-to-date results and any forecasted amounts (if applicable).

Agent Deduction Report

Displays the deductions taken on the agent's commission payments that occurred in the selected accounting periods. The report will also display all amounts that were withheld and reimbursed during the same period.

Agent Deduction Report - Commission Fees

Previously named: Commission Deduction Report (by agent)
Displays the commission deductions (before taxes) taken on the commission calculations that occurred in the date period selected. The date displayed on the detailed version of the report is the commission calculation date.

Agent Deduction Report – Declining Balances

Displays how an agent is progressing in reaching the caps that were established for deductions categories. The deduction's cap will be displayed at the top of the report and every deal on which a deduction was taken will be displayed, allowing to track the declining balance.

Agent Earnings & Payments Report

Displays the following information per transaction that occurred during the selected period.

In the Commission Calculations Section:

• Amount of commission
• Office and commission deductions
• Taxes on commission and deductions

In the Payment Section:

• Commission payments
• Commission advances or general advances
• Invoices paid
• Other deductions

Agent Other Income Report

Displays, by agent or financial institution, the commissions paid to the agent earned through other income.

Agent Earnings Forecasts Report

Previously named: Report of Income Forecast - Agent
Displays the agent's revenues on all open/pending transactions. The agent’s revenues are the amounts left after expected deductions.

Agent Expenses Report

Previously names: Accumulated Expense Report
A detailed list of all the items billed to the agent over a specific period, displayed by expense type.

Agent Transaction Report

Displays the list of all the active agent's transactions: listings, buyers' contracts, conditional deals, firm deals, closed deals and other income.
The details of the transactions displayed will depend on the transaction's step or type.

Agent Comparative 5 Years Report

Displays a comparison of the number of listings, the number of deals and the total commission amount by month for the selected year and the 4 previous years.

Agent Business Volume Report

Previously named: Summary of Business Volume (agent)
Displays a detailed list of transactions in the selected period, displaying for each transaction:

• Listing and Deal volume
• Listing and Deal ends
• Listing and Deal commissions

Agent Performance Forecast Report

Previously named: Forecasts Report - Agents and Sub-Franchisees
Displays an agent’s forecast (if entered) and actual deal and closed deal commissions for a selected period.

Agent Expected Closing Dates Report

Previously named: List of Expected Closing Dates
List of pending transactions ordered by expected closing dates.

Agent Expired Listings Report

Previously names: Listings – Expired or About to Expire
List showing which listings are about to expire or expired.

Agent Required Documents Report

List of transactions that are missing required documents. **

Agent Information Report

Displays the agent's profile's information. More specifically:

• Personal information
• Tax #
• Monthly recurring charges
• Commission deductions

It also displays the agent's commission information. More specifically:

• Expected commissions
• Earned YTD commissions (based on calendar year)
• Earned commissions (based on contract date)
• Commissions receivable
